Emergency repairs receive 1-4 hours response times depending on the issue, other issues are graded for attention by our maintenance staff and regular contractors within an agreed timescale to suit all involved.
We deal with running repairs, routine maintenance and gas safety checks. We investigate larger repairs, obtain estimates for approval and check all completed work.
